Last summer, Supporting Our
Sons again joined Bay Area educators for our Boyhood
Advocacy Training for Teachers (BATT) - an innovative
training series designed to help bridge the gap between
home and school for boys.
The BATT Summer Institutes bring together
educators from public and private schools, ranging
from pre-school to middle school for workshops that
provided information and strategies on enriching classrooms,
enhance teaching practices, and encouraging communication
- so boys can have an optimal learning experience
that supports their social, emotional, and academic
successes. |
